Upset Stomach All Day

Sorry if this is TMI, but I've been having an upset stomach all day for about a week straight! It's not diarrhea but I have very soft bowels and feel nauseated. It doesn't matter what I eat! This is a total change as I had a hard time using the bathroom before. I had horrible morning sickness in the beginning so I know it's not that... Anyone else have this? I'm seeing a new doctor on Friday and will mention it to him but I'm just curious if this is normal.
