"You're looking pregnant."

Yes. I look pregnant because I am. How is one supposed to respond to that? (I ask mostly because my MIL just rolled into town and she says something along these lines--"you're getting rounder," "you look bigger," "you're looking very pregnant,"--literally every time I see her, and I'm trying to come up with a response other than kicking in her teeth. 😀) Whatever happened to a nice simple "You look great!" Anyway?
