Periods

I was wondering if any of you ladies have tried a soft cup I have an extremely heavy flow and I'm not sure if they'll help. I work in a factory I go throw about ten super plus tampons and about 10 pads in a five hour period some times more so they get very uncomfortable and make the cramping worse.
