I think its getting to me

So I've been TTC for about 7months my periods were messed up I've tracked them was late two months figured I'd get my BFP an nothing ended up starting an still no baby I go for my first OB appointment to find more out its really getting to me I want a baby so bad u have people out her that throw their babies in trash cans cause they are tired of them an u have people like me dying for a baby or u have people saying I don't want another boy/girl I just freaking want a baby i don't care what the gender is please help me through this an whats some questions i can ask my OB?
