What is this kind of cm (no pic)

So it was very clear and stretchy that's the only way to explain it but at this time of the month I should be having my period anytime because it is actually late right now so I do t know what to think of it should have gotten my period last week and all my tests I have taken are negative I'm on cycle day 50 even.
