Omg. Wtf is this thing...

I've had it for like a year BUT ITS USUALLY TINY. like a skin tag. Looked like one, felt like one.... It's on my inner thigh...

But yesterday it like got swollen. And now its like the size of pencils eraser if not bigger. And it hurts so bad. I can barely walk and I work a job where I'm standing and walking for 10 hours straight. Very uncomfortable. I think that's what triggered it too..... ANY IDEAS?????
