Still late....ttc

On day 80 now and still no sign of a period. Now I have weird fluttering feeling in my lower abdomen once in a while and while sitting or laying down. Haven't took any more test in about a week but have a doctors appointment at the end of the month. By my lower back is really hurting and I'm so tired all the time. Also sick  my stomach at night and sometimes after I eat. Almost 2 and 1/2 months late, pregnant?
