Tooth extraction

Not sure where to post this, I just had my "6 year old" molar on the bottom right removed. I'm 22 weeks pregnant, so no pain mess after for me. 3 years ago I had the same molar but on the too removed.but anyway not what I'm getting at.  I know it took a while for swallowing to feel normal, but I can't remember how long. It's so weird having a huge gap there and I'm scared I'll swallow wrong and remove the blood clot so I still have gauze there. So yeah, anyone know about how long it takes until your mouth feels normal again?? 😁
