Losing hope with AMH level at 1.2

Hi all. I'm 33 and just got blood work back. My AMH is 1.2 on the low side and FSH is 7.4 which is fine. Also found out I've got a copy of MTHFR gene nj utatuon heterozygous for the c177 one. My questions are: anyone have luck getting pregnant with these issues and what did u do? Any hope out there for me? Thanks for helping...I'm feeling really down. Just finished my fifth cycle of Clomid at 100mg taken CD5-9.
