Every baby I've ever known is still drinking breast milk or formula at that age. And sometimes rice cereal or baby food. I would say no. Don't want to risk your baby choking.

For a 6 month old I would stick to mashed vegetables, like sweet potato, but if you're going to do noodles try finding stars pasta, or making sure you cut it up really really really small. Their digestive system has to learn how to go from liquids to solids. Something TOO solid could give them tummy aches.

At that point their still learning how to swallow in a way that their tongue doesn't push food back out. Stick with reemed mushed baby food :)

I wouldn't. I recommend getting the kid started on iron fortified rice baby food with a smooth consistency so no lumpy stuff. and then going through all the mashed vegetable types. Then introducing all the fruit mashes. 
By about 9 months it would be just fine to throw your food in the blender and give some to baby. 
Just make sure baby's main food source is breast milk or formula that needs to stay this way until about 2yrs. Just a couple spoons in the morning afternoon and Dinner (so 1-3 times per day).

Babies don't have the enzymes in their little tummy to break down that type of food. Plus sounds really acidic to me... I say no!

Eh, I wouldn't introduce any Meats until you've gone through all of the vegetables. But your baby, your decision  (: if you're too concern you could always call the pediatrician
