Benefits of working out
I never realized the benefit working,out would have on my pregnancy.. I was going to the gym before I got pregnant, but with the morning sickness and other first trimester symptoms I had quit going. Now being 32 weeks pregnant and working out again for a few weeks I've noticed just how much working out has helped me.. I sleep through most of the night, my feet don't swell as much, I feel more energized, I'm able to help maintain my weight gain. I just feel better all around.
