Cold during pregnancy

I have a terrible cold going on 3 days now. I barely slept an hour last night because I was waking up not being able to breath from being so plugged up. My throat is burning, ears plugged and itchy, headache and mild cough. The worst is my nose being so plugged and now raw from blowing it so many times. Everything stings and hurts! What can I do or take to help this!? My Dr is only in on Tuesday's so I am unable to ask until then. :(
