Working out!!??
So i lost some
Weight before i got pregnant, and was stayimg fit. Since i found i was pregnant been kinda pigging out craving a bunch of stuff. And i want to keep fit as well i heard i can work on my arms with 5-10 pound weights, and can walk on the treadmill and the eliptical, is this true? What other things can i do? I am 5 weeks and 4 days.
