How did you/do you plan to deliver your twins?

In labor right now. Both vertex/head down & epidural just took effect. We'll see how it goes! Have to stay open to emergency c-section just in case (also why the need for an epidural) but we're going vaginally as far as we can tell.

Mine will be scheduled, the only reason I choose a csection is because my DR agreed to do a tubal after delivery. I realize most moms want to do it naturally, I don't blame them I would but, I feel a csection is best for me and my situation.

I had my two older boys caginally delivery and 100% natural. Is it possible to do that with the twins I am carrying now?

I've had 2 c sections already, I'm going to do it again this time also. I like being prepared and knowing when it's going to happen, as well as what to expect! I loved my c sections!!!

I had an induced vaginal delivery with my twins (3rd one). They prepped me for a c-section and put me in the surgical room to deliver, just in case. Everything went smoothly, except baby b's cord was wrapped around her neck several times. It was really scary for a few minutes after she was born. I wouldn't change my choice for vaginal delivery, though.
