Has anyone tried Blackmores Conceive Well Gold?

I bought this the other day and was wondering if anyone has had any luck on this product. I want my first to be 100% healthy and I've heard in some cases you can conceive quickly. 😊

My best friend used this for one week and conceived that week. She tried for a whole year before that with no luck! I heard it's really good for the baby in the first few weeks too. 
I've been taking it 4 days and found out I was pregnant today(:
