How do you feel with it ? Any advices ?

I find it much more comfortable. I have the smaller size, I'm 24, never had kids. It's really convenient, you just dump it out, wash/wipe it out and put it back in. I am in the military, so it is fantastic that I don't have to take a whole lot of lady products when on excercize. It also warms to body temperature so you can't feel it (like sometimes with tampons). The cup doesn't absorb anything, so you still can have natural lubrication while being on your period! By this I mean if you are excited and take out the cup to have sex, you may not need lube. Unlike tampons that absorb everything. The only downside I have found is sleeping or any activities lying on my back (like sit ups). It tends to leak and then you get a gush. I usually just wear it to bed anyways and wear a pad/liner as well. Overall I am so happy I switched!
