Nursery?

For my 29th birthday I wanted to redo our room into a nursery. 3 years to the day the nursery is still waiting for baby. However the nursery looks amazing and almost everything a baby could ever want. Anyone else like this? I feel like if it's perfect then I'll finally get what I've been waiting all this time for

We got a 2 bedroom apartment instead of 1 thinking we'd soon need the 2nd bedroom as a nursery. Almost 2 years later we moved, having never used it (for that). We could have probably saved 30-40% on rent with a smaller place which would have more than paid for IVF. Moral of the story, try to live in the now and take things as they come.

I'm the same way. want to start painting and getting the nursery ready before I get pregnant. but i dont want to jinx ourselves.

I actually told my husband I wanted to do this since now it's really only a matter of time.. We've already picked everything out (gender neutral).. Just don't want to start buying since we may have more medical expenses to get our bundle of joy..

I wanted to start the nursery before I got pregnant but husband thought we should wait and not jinx ourselves, and keep it as a spare room. Now I'm almost 10w and have no energy. I wish I would've started it!!  Have you considered adoption?

We did the same thing, started decorating a nursery and would even start stocking up on diapers when we went to the store.... Now we have a finished nursery and started giving away diapers to friends at their pamper parties 😞

I understand ur emotions. It really sucks to go thorough this journey so long when we know all we ever wanted is hold our bundle of joy. My 3 yrs will soon become 4 n still waiting.
