Diaper Creme for cloth diaper babies?

Which diaper rash creme do you all use for your LO who are in cloth diapers? Or do you make your own? I love make your own supplies but am wondering does it really work as well as store bought versions?  First time mom! Found out I'm having twins! Any help appreciated!!!!

We were recommended to use these. One can be used as a preventative and another when they have a rash. These are for cloth diapers by they still recommend using a disposable liner for protection.

Earth Mama Angel Baby Bottom Balm is safe with cloth and is totally amazing. My kid is now 4, way beyond diapers, but I still buy it for scrapes, little rashes, bug bites, etc. It clears up diaper rash super fast and smells amazing. It is a little expensive, but it lasts forever and does such a good job. I buy it to go with any baby shower gift I give. Their nipple butter is also excellent.
