Just want to be 140...
Ok... so I really want to be like 120, but that's not realistic with my body type. I'm 5'7", 23, 165 lbs, hour glass shape. I have wide hips and size 34ddd, which came in long before the weight!
I have no problem exercising or eating right, but I work a weird night shift, so that makes it much harder.
Any suggestions? Shakes, green tea pills, zumba, hiit? Any stories would be helpful ladies!
