Rings stuck on my fingers!

I am 18+3 today and have been in a hotter climate for the past two weeks with no air conditioning. My hands have become a little swollen and now I can't get my rings off - two on my middle finger on the right, and two on my ring finger on the left. I tugged and pulled using soap and baby oil to no avail. I even soaked in ice water. After all of that, the swelling seemed to only get worse!
