Is dying your hair in the first trimester ok ?

It really does not harm the baby, unless you are literally sniffing the hair dye in the bowl. I've heard that the hormones can affected the hair color? But I know a lot of people who have done it and it turned out fine. I wouldn't be doing bleach, but regular hair color is okay. If you are worried they make natural hair colors that have NO chemicals what so ever, it is all from plants and vegetables and stuff. And it works great! Doesn't damage your hair at all and makes it all shiny and soft. This is the one I used to use every month or so when my roots would grow out.

I used the ammonia free colorsilk dye.  I have been bleaching for a while and im debating doing a natural brown for the pregnancy.  I think the fumes from the bleach would be too much! But as long as the room is ventilated with a fan/window open so you arnt suffocating in the stench,  you'll be ok and so will your little one!
