Worried and need opinions pls

I have had 2 mcs in the last like 7 months. I am 5w 2d today. When I got into bed about half an hour ago, I started cramping really bad. From my back all the way thru. No spotting or anything and it lasted like 30 sec. Haven't felt anything since. With the mcs I had, I didn't cramp bad like that until after I was already passing clots and knew I was mc. I have been terrified since the moment I found out I was pregnant again that I would lose this peanut too. Could that be what's happening or am I driving myself insane? This is my 4th pregnancy. First one I had my beautiful, now 7 yr old and I just don't remember feeling anything like this with her.
