Morning sickness - What foods are you able to eat?
I was fortunate enough not to have any morning sickness for the first 9 weeks of pregnancy. I'm currently 10w 4d and now it's hard to keep anything down. I hardly have an appetite, but the minute I feel hungry I need to eat because it feels like I haven't eaten in days (which isn't the case). I am only able to eat little bits of food at a time because I feel so full after a few bites. After I get done eating, I have to run to the bathroom because I get nauseous and start gagging, sometimes throwing up. Any other mamas to be feeling this way? If so, are there any tips that you have or any foods you are able to keep down? Thanks!
