Stopped birth control

I stopped taking the pill on may 16 of this year, and bled for a couple of days after but since then have had no period/spotting. I'd been on the pill for ten years prior to stopping. My SO and I have switched to condoms.

Going to the doctor next weekend to have a blood test and check my hormone levels but just wanted to see what the general consensus was - if you stopped taking birth control, how long did it take your period to come back (and how long had you been taking birth control before then)?
