I feel like sex is a job. It is hard to get in the mood when it becomes a routine. It's also summer and hot so that is distracting too.

My husband is having confidence issues since he is suffering from make infertility (5mil 0motility).

I found a sexual conversation between him and another woman he cheated on his girlfriend with before me... He hasn't seen this woman in 9 years. This is one reason I hate social media sometimes- it can definitely rekindle flings that should have been left buried. 
It got way out of hand. He does say he wouldn't cheat- but it's the disrespect and the idea. 
We are working through it- he knows he has done wrong.
