Back Pain...suggestions welcome!

I just recently hit the 21 week mark, which is great, but that also comes along with back pain. I attribute it to being a small person (5'1, 119 lbs before I got pregnant). I have maintained the same weight for at least 5 years so with my new found belly, I think my body is having problems adjusting. Most of my back pain is in my upper and middle back on both the right and left sides. Most of the time I'm more uncomfortable at work sitting at my desk. I do get up and stretch and workout for an hour at lunch. I recently bought a Snoogle pillow for back and belly support at night, but the main problem is when I'm sitting at my desk at work. If anyone has any suggestions regarding products I could try or stretches I'd really appreciate that.
