Sperm analysis and no insurance?

OK ladies my fiance is suppose to have a sperm analysis done within the next month, he does not have insurance. I'm not sure about how much it will cost or if they'll even let him do it at the clinic I go to, does anyone know about this??

Without insurance they charged us $25 with insurance it was $85! So ask about private pay. We have saved money by doing that over going through insurance who doesn't cover any fertility testing or procedures.

Ours is going to be $75 dollars when my hubby does his. Our health insurance doesn't cover anything infertility related.

The hospital required up front for Semen analysis.

He does have insurance and we were credited back the majority but if he doesn't have insurance I would plan on spending that amount.

My husbands was only $25, but our insurance pays for most of our fertilty treatments. I believe the price depends on where you're located. I'm in WV.

Sperm anyalysis is NOT covered by insurance anyways, so that doesn't matter. I've heard they charge $120-150.
