Feeling defeated

Just feeling a bit defeated and deflated as a mom today, our nursing journey has been going great until recently and now lo has a lip tie that is messing with his happiness while nursing.. I've been basically a single parent the last 5 days due to husband being away for work and having a 6 week old alone hasn't been easy. Just tired and wishing things would just be a bit easier.. I don't want to have to go and meet with someone else to help with breastfeeding. I want to keep BF him SO badly but it's so much work and I would feel like such a bad mom for giving up so early, plus he won't take a bottle  Just a lot of pressure on us moms these days.. It's tough.
