Hi Mommas does any of your twins have reflux? I ask because my smallest twin Parker has Been having what I call choking episodes she will spit up food or saliva which comes out her nose and mouth, arch her back, her face gets beat red and eyes bug out with tears and she stops breathing. When she has these I'm quick to get the blue bulb and suck it all out to get her to breath!! It scares the shit out of me. Today I took her to her pediatrician and she told me next time she did it just to hold her up and watch...she wanted me to see she would eventually get it all out herself and ultimately not die. I was worried about ever putting her down and going to sleep and her choking and dieing. She also prescribed her some Zantac but told me it more than likely wouldn't stop the episodes just help and she will eventually grow out of it. Oddly enough as soon as we got home she had an episode so I did what the dr said and held her and watched I couldn't take it it broke my heart so my fiancé took her from me and I cried. She did get it all out herself but wow is it hard to watch. I'm just wondering if anyone else has went through this.
