We started right away at 3weeks when we got our bfp. We had everything by 14weeks and our nursery set up by 18weeks. The only things we need now are the smaller items and cloths which we are saving for the babyshower since we're having it early anyways (26weeks) to ensure we still hace plenty of time. We're also getting a second carseat. We bought a carseat/stroller combo from babys r us, but I want a better carseat strictly for the car. As far as that goes, we are pretty much all set!

I was so excited that I started buying when I was only 8 weeks! Now I'm 17 weeks and we have everything we need. Except clothes we haven't bought any clothes! Just the furniture and nursery items!

We bought our crib & travel system around 14-16 weeks, because target was closing out in Canada and we couldn't pass up on the good deals. We just bought the things that were gender neutral until we found out we were having a girl.
