How many times are you waking up per night?

I have The Up Move App and wristband. You wear the wristband and it bluetooths to your phone and tells you how many steps a day you take and how you sleep at night... Last night I got the best sleep in a very long time I normally wake up atleast 10 times a night.

I wake up a lot either because I get so  hot at night or to pee and by the time it's 5-6am I'm so tired I normally sleep best til about 8-9am then have to get up. Always try for a nap if I'm not too busy.

Every two hours I wake up to pee. I figure I might as well get use to it since the baby will be up often.

Heartburn, discomfort, and cosleeping with a toddler. Idk sleep lol
