Has anyone left their partner while pregnant?

Never did I think it would be us but things are not getting better and counseling hasn't helped. No violence or cheating, just constant arguing and never getting along or seeing eye to eye. We're rarely happy together anymore. I feel like I am stuck with him not just because we are married but because I am pregnant and my 4 year old son looks at him as his father and adores him. But I also feel torn leaving, I can't imagine doing this on my own, not having my partner to share it with. But I'm burnt out and feel like I'm out of options. Anyone go thru this while pregnant?

It's easier to leave isn't it? You both have to try and act better towards one another. It sounds like neither of you are working on your relationship. Somewhere along the way you guys lost respect and forgot how to love one another. You must have had something happened and you guys didn't fix it. If it's over small trivial stuff, no one is perfect and just need to realize that that's life. Is the distrust? If yes, why? Go through all the questions on why you are fighting. There is always a reason. If at the end you can't figure it out then good luck to you. I wouldn't leave unless I exhausted my very last effort but that's because I am religious.

I'm praying for you. I don't know how long you have been married but marriage is definitely a transition.  I don't necessarily condone giving up but I can just imagine how tiring and stressful the arguing is.  My husband and I have gone to a marriage boot camp--similar to the one on TV without all of the drama and it was life changing. It's very different from counseling and I would definitely recommend you try. Whatever you decide, I pray that you have peace and that the children won't be affected in a detrimental way. Blessings

If I can give you advice with out meaning to be pushy. I am not sure of your religious beliefs but have you tried reading what the Bible has to say about marriage? For both women and men. If you might be interested let me know I can tell you which Bible verses will help.

I did. I didnt want my kids growing up around the arguing and yelling. It what was best for my kids and myself.

Maybe a little break. Baby could be really stressful for you guys right now. Just take a little break apart and breathe. Hopefully that works out

Yes! Though aftet i said im not being around anymore he decided he wouldn't be taking legal responsibility for our daughter-judge is slowly changing his mind about that 😊

Relationships are a lot of work. 50-50. Best lesson is when arguing don't try to prove you're right. No one is. Instead understand why each other is feeling the way they do and work on it

If your unhappy it may be easier to leave while pregnant than leave with a newborn.
