My brother has two middle names as my dad wanted him to be John Michael IV and my mom said no so he's Joshua John Michael. He's 33 and as far as I know has never had any issues except maybe fitting it all on his SAT forms lol.

My husband has 2 middle names and it's messed up all the time... Some places hyphenate it, other places don't, other places will only take the first middle name.... It gets frustrating...
