Symptoms of ectopic?

Is bleeding always accompanied in ectopics? 4 weeks and lots of cramping right where my right ovary is. Just concerned. 
Might take myself to the er tonight to be sure.

Yeah I would recommend going to the hospital bleeding and cramping on one side is a big sign of ectopic I had an ectopic in June I kept pushing it off thinking it may just be early pregnancy symtoms ended up being rushed into surgery and losing my left fallopian tube don't wait get checked out best of luck to you

I heard cramping is normal if their isnt any bleeding. Good Luck!

I would go to doc my niece had an ectopical pregnancy with cramping and it turned out her fallopian tube ruptured. And she was lucky when she went in she could've had eternal bleeding and could've died
