Ok so I move in my house like 8 months ago and meet my neighbors and we started to become friends and I started noticing that every time we have a convo. She totally doesn't listen to me or ignores what I am saying. Or we will be talking and she says oh I need to go in and grab my drink or something and then won't come back out but she comes and knocks on my door to talk and then she does that. Like I want to stay outside forever waiting for her to come back when I have things I need to do. My husband says to just ignore her then but I fill that is rude but she is being rude too. Any advice?
