10 weeks and finally nausea is killing me.
There's a certain type of happiness knowing I'm having symptoms I feel like it makes it feel that more real. But I cant smell think or see anything gross because I'm gagging or throwing up. I'm so over it. I have to relax my mind and tell my self to take deep breaths. Seems like I only get a break while I sleep. I'm finally trying ginger ale. But what types of medication or things can I try to make me feel better ? Should I not have full meals ? And what can I take instead of pills as prenatals. ? I throw them up or gag every time. I was only able to take them everyday for a whole month and a half. I'm struggling now. 😖😷(11 weeks Monday)
