So lately every time I try to do a #2 it takes a little more effort. When I try I get this weird cramp on my left side kinda where my thigh meets my private area. If feels like a bothered nerve and it's so aggravating that I can feel it down in my foot. Any idea what it could be?? I'm 3 mos preg.
