We just moved into our new place and our neighbors have these two dogs that they leave outside for HOURS at a time. I don't like letting my dog out while they're out because they have a HUGE male Pitt (I have nothing against the dog aside from he isn't snipped) and it makes me nervous. He shows signs of dominance (kicking his back paws while he barks). Anyways....the don't stop barking for the hours they're there. It's LOUD. And very annoying. I've talked to the neighbor already but they refuse to do anything. I feel bad calling the cops, but when my babies get here I am NOT going to have these dogs barking like that. It's absolutely ridiculous. Any ideas.
