Have any of you ladies had problems after Mirena was removed????

It's been 6 months after my mirena removal and I thought things were fine but last month I was a week late putting me into July and I experienced 2 days of light mid cycle bleeding which has never happened. And now once again I am experiencing light mid cycle bleeding again but it's been ongoing for 5 days. I went to see my gyno and urin tested neg for pregnancy and infection. Now I'm Waiting on blood work(pregnancy and thyroid). I'm so frustrated....
