Healthy foods for a nauseous stomach
Ladies,
I am very health conscious, and I work out 5-6 days a week. I am 8 weeks pregnant with constant nausea. The only thing that feels good to eat is carbs. Lots of carbs and it has me gaining too much weight too fast. What are some go to "make your stomach feel well" foods that are relatively healthy? Thank y'all in advance!
