Cramps any advice ?
So today is my second day in my period and I'm having REALLY bad cramps where no way I lay it just gets worse and I'm bleeding so much I had a super plus tampon and in a hr I bleed thru like a lot of blood and I feel so nauseated from pain any advice on how to let it lighten up like the pain and all?
