When you find out you're pregnant..

When you found out you were pregnant what did you do? Or if it hasn't happened yet what would you do? (If you don't smoke what would be your advice)

It's medically advised that you wean off for minimal risk to baby.

They say your actually supposed to wean yourself off because that's too much stress put on yourself and your growing baby to just abruptly quit smoking.

I have never been medically advised to "ween" I feel it's absurd. My doctor told me I did the right thing by dropping the habit immediately. I mean I guess it just depends on the person. It didn't cause me any stress because I knew it would be best.

I changed type and brand and limited myself I didn't find out till I was 12 weeks and didn't see a Dr till I was 6 months BC I was having issues with medicaid and I was moving to a different state

I was actually smoking cigars before I finally found out I was pregnant I stopped right then and there it was hard for me to stop at all
