Book recommendations?

I found out about my miscarriage at a doctors appointment last week but I haven't had any bleeding yet. I'm supposed to wait and see if it happens on its own before trying other interventions. It's so sad and hard to just wait.

I'm wondering if anyone has read any books (fiction or non-fiction) that helped at all with processing this?

I had to do the same thing. The waiting was terrible because I just kept giving myself false hope that there was a mistake. So I prayed! I prayed that if I had truly lost my baby that the natural would just go ahead and happen because the waiting was killing me, and God listened. That night my miscarriage happened naturally, it was painful but only lasted a couple days and was worse at night. I don't know what you believe in and it's hard to go through this but it really helped me, I was able to cope quicker and now we are trying again. Natural is better because you can get back to it sooner 😊 hope this helps. I'm sorry for your loss😔
