Lately I've been getting these pimple type bumps on my v-lips. They look like pimples but don't pop, and some are huge. I don't have STD's. I'm 100% certain. Very clean and hygenic. Mostly wear thongs, and I do shave once or twice a month down there. Anyway how do I make these go away? I've had them for like 2 months already. I don't have a bathtub btw, just a shower. I've heard some ppl say to lay in a hot bath. :(
