Anyone have a miscarriage

Anyone have a miscarriage ever this my first one and need some support I get suport from my husband n haven't told my family yet cuz they are very judgmental with everything I do or that happens to me any insite or subjection , I have one healthy lil boy. This would have been a second  pregnancy for me , how did you overcome the devastation of the loss of the pregnancy , please only positive comments on here as for I'm still very sensitive to some things that peoe say
