What do you think?

So there's this guy. I met him in high school (my freshman and sophomore year-transferred after) he was a basketball player and I was a cheerleader. I always had the biggest crush on him. After he graduated college (he is 24 now and I'm 22) he got in contact with me. We seemed to really hit it off. He asked me to go to top golf with him, his family, and his brothers gf. I thought that would be really inappropriate since we weren't dating so I said I couldn't go. Although him asking me to hangout with him and his family...he obviously has a thing for me. On Friday he asked me to hangout again but just with him so I said yes. I thought we really hit it off... We talked and laughed for hours before even getting an open aisle to golf. The point is...he made me pay for our drinks 😒 I understand top golf is 45$ an hour and we did an hour and a half but seriously? Don't take me on an expensive date unless you can afford it. He didn't even try to kiss me. And when he dropped me off at home he didn't even get out of his car. I haven't heard from him since the date. I'm starting to think that he didn't think of it as a date or something. But he clearly said "do you want to do something? I'm trying to figure out my plans for tonight but I'd like you to be included in them" help me out ladies! I'm so confused
