Has anyone lost weight or become more healthy since becoming pregnant!?
I am well aware that I was overweight before I got pregnant. I've always struggled with my weight. I wasn't working out as much as I needed to and I was eating like crap. On top of that I was taking a few medications that made it difficult to lose weight. I also retained a lot of water.
I decided when I got pregnant to start eating healthier. My doctor only wants me to gain 10-15 pounds during my entire pregnancy. I started my pregnancy at 205. Right now I am weighing in just under that at 23 weeks. I've had a few people tell me that I look more toned up now than I did before I got pregnant so I found an old photo to compare the two. The top photos are from about 2 months before I got pregnant and the bottom three are from today.
I'm so glad that I continued my membership at my Crossfit gym once I found out that I was having my little girl. It hasn't been easy and I've had to modify a lot of my workouts, but I guess my hard work is paying off.
