Need to vent - woke up late last night with chills, body aches, sore back, fever of 99.7. I took some acetaminophen and the fever increased to 100.7. I called my doc and she said to come to labor and delivery if my temp got above 102. Fortunately my temp dropped. She said there's nothing really they could do for me, said that a trip to L&D would more so be to make sure whatever is going on with me isn't  stressing baby. Today, the body aches have continued in full force, no real temp (99.2), but plenty of chills. I'm miserable! I'm taking Acetaminophen still but it's not helping much.  I called in to work today, and if this doesn't get better I might not make it in tomorrow. I'm worried about missing work with maternity leave already upcoming. I'm drinking lots of water, have taken showers, cool rag to head, bundled in blankets. Any other ideas? Doc thinks I may have caught a virus. 😓
