Diarrhea during pregnancy

Sorry ladies. Weird question. My whole entire pregnancy I've always been constipated if I need to go #2. Friday night I was admitted into the hospital because I was having contractions & bleeding. Well today I woke up at 5:00 am this morning with diarrhea. I've heard this is a sign of labor. But other than back pain I feel fine. I don't go see my doctor until tomorrow morning. Anyone else have diarrhea & everything was fine?
