Working out with ttc !!
So I have been ttc and me and sister have also been working out together ! She also doesn't know I'm ttc btw. But I just wanted to know if I'm working out too hard and if it's bad ?? Or can I keep working out ? Even after I ovulate I continue to workout.
I usually run for 20 mins, 20 min cardio and then 20 min ab workout.
What do you guys think ?!
